The most important step you can take as a Pumpkin Run participant is to raise funds for local charities that support cancer patients and their families. With your help, we will raise thousands of dollars for charities that help people right here in our very own community!
To become a top fundraiser and to raise money in support of cancer patients and their families, we suggest the following steps:
Step 1 – Register as a Pumpkin Run participant. (via Active.com web site)
Step 2 – Click Become a Fundraiser at the top to create a fundraising page and set your fundraising goal!
Step 3 – Devise a plan for asking your family, friends and co-workers to join you, and direct them to your fundraising page.
Step 4 – Ask, ask, ask – your list of contacts will support your efforts to help those who are fighting the battle against cancer. But first you have to ask!
Remember, register, set a goal, devise a plan and ask!
